Run Results Command

How vigilo run results loads a run and returns a summary-only results response.

Results summarize execution aggregates: per-dimension dimension_scores, total execution aggregate_score, blocking failure counts, and pass/fail/error execution counts. A completed run can still have gate_status: fail.
